Benefits Summary
Below is a summary of the benefits we offer, which can be personalized according to the position.
Medical
Our Medical Insurance plan is available to every full-time employee the first day of the month following their hire date. B5 Systems, Inc. covers 80% of monthly insurance premiums and is committed to obtaining the best possible coverage for it’s employees on an annual renewal basis.
Dental & Vision
B5 Systems, Inc. offers Dental and Vision insurance for all employees through Superior Dental covering 80% of all premium costs. Available the first day of the month following onboarding.
Disability Insurance
We offer 100% employer-paid Short Term Disability insurance for all full-time employees. This coverage is obtained through Aflac and covers up to 3 months leave of absence for eligible claims.
Life Insurance
Every employee at B5 Systems, Inc. receives an employer-paid Basic Life and AD&D Policy with coverage beginning the first day of the month following the hire date. Additional employee-paid Life Insurance Options are available through our Aflac platform.
Supplemental Insurance
B5 Systems, Inc. provides all employees a monthly allowance applicable to any Aflac supplemental insurance policy of their choosing. Options include Hospitalization, Cancer, Accidental, and Life Insurance policies which are managed by a regional Aflac representative.
Paid Time Off
We value work-life balance. In addition to a tailored Vacation eligibility plan, we offer employees up to sixty paid personal hours per year, paid holidays, paid bereavement leave, a four (10 hr) day workweek for hourly employees and two paid shutdown weeks per year (production schedule permitting).
401(k) Retirement Plan
The importance of saving for retirement is foundational in the Benefit structure at B5 Systems, Inc. We offer eligible employees an employer match and each employee can contribute to the Qualifying 401K or 401K Roth Plan after 90 days of employment.
